Treasa Burke Named ‘Compleat Lawyer' by Law Week Colorado
Treasa Burke has been named a “Compleat Lawyer” by Law Week Colorado—an award that recognizes young attorneys who excel in the courtroom, boardroom, client meetings and out in the community.
According to Law Week, this year’s winners are “the definition of ‘compleat’ – of or characterized by a highly developed or wide-ranging skill or proficiency.”
Burke provides counseling and transactional support to clients in industries ranging from agriculture to health care to oil and gas. She focuses her practice in the areas of real estate sales and acquisitions, leasing, housing and community development, and merger and acquisition support services.
Law Week highlighted that Burke makes it a point to familiarize herself with each person involved in a transaction to better understand their background, role and responsibilities in the project. She explained, “I think a guiding principle for me is always understanding that everyone brings value to the transaction. You really do need to speak a variety of different ‘languages’ and motivate people to help get the deal done."
