Gina Kastel Named to Women in Business by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal
Gina Kastel, partner and executive committee member at Faegre Baker Daniels, has been named to the 2016 Women in Business by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
The Women in Business awards recognized 51 women this year among hundreds of nominees, selected for their professional achievements, leadership and community contributions.
Kastel is a partner in the Health Care and FDA and Nonprofit practices at Faegre Baker Daniels and a leader within the firm and in the community. After being elected to the firm’s management board last year, she was appointed to FaegreBD’s executive committee.
In addition to her practice, Kastel has long been an engaged community volunteer, serving in leadership roles in the Minnesota State Bar Association and on the boards of several nonprofit organizations. Kastel received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. She also studied for a year at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland on a Rotary International scholarship.
