FaegreBD Advises Teton Waters Ranch in Investment from Sunrise Strategic Partners

Teton Waters Ranch recently announced that it received a minority investment from Sunrise Strategic Partners.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Teton Waters Ranch produces sausages, frankfurters and chili from 100 percent grass-fed beef. Sunrise Strategic Partners, co-founded by Steve Hughes and Trilantic North America, provides growth capital and expertise to emerging brands in the healthy, active and sustainable living space.

Matt Stamski, partner in Faegre Baker Daniel’s corporate practice, led the firm’s deal team representing Teton Waters, which also included Charles Bybee, Elena Simion and Jason Sapsin.
