FaegreBD Advises Century Casinos In Public Stock Offering

Faegre Baker Daniels recently advised Century Casinos, Inc., an international casino entertainment company, in its public offering of common stock.

The offering consisted of 4,887,500 shares of common stock, including the full exercise by the underwriters of their over-allotment option to purchase 637,500 additional shares, at $7.50 per share. Gross proceeds to the company before underwriting discounts and commissions and expenses were $36.6 million.

FaegreBD partners Doug Wright and Jeff Sherman and associate Miranda Hirner advised Century Casinos in the stock offering.
