Eirik Tellefsen Named One of Philadelphia’s 25 Young Lawyers on the Rise

Philadelphia partner Eirik Tellefsen has been named one of Philadelphia’s “25 Young Lawyers on the Rise” by the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The list is a selection of 25 millennials who have made their mark in the legal industry. They were chosen based on the Philadelphia Business Journal’s institutional knowledge and from recommendations by its network of news sources in the legal community.

Eirik represents clients in banking and other finance transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He has a wealth of experience with both public and private companies in structuring, negotiating, and drafting finance agreements such as credit and security agreements, debt and equity purchase agreements, and warrant agreements.

As part of the feature article, Eirik answered a series of questions. Some highlights include:

• Eirik believes millennials in the legal profession had to learn very early on to be nimble and responsive, not only to changing laws and new regulations but also to changing client needs during the recession and slow recovery.
• Eirik’s favorite place in Philadelphia is the Art Museum area. Specifically, his children love the Academy of Natural Sciences and the Franklin Institute.
