Nathaniel Zylstra Returns to Litigation Team at Faegre Baker Daniels
Experienced litigator Nathaniel J. Zylstra has rejoined Faegre Baker Daniels’ Minneapolis office as counsel. He will practice with the business litigation team, representing regional, national and international companies in court and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Zylstra helps clients resolve commercial and financial disputes, claims of trade secret misappropriation, and class actions. He has represented manufacturers, technology companies and service providers.
Zylstra previously practiced with Briol & Benson PLLC and served as the deputy director of the Project for Civil Justice Reform and the Project for International Religious Liberty at Hudson Institute in Washington, D.C. He practiced with FaegreBD as a litigation associate from 2003-10. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Roger L. Wollman on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
In the community, Zylstra has been a board member at Calvin Christian School and Starfish Ministries, and a volunteer and leader at Calvary Church.
Zylstra received his law degree from Yale Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Dordt College.
