Jacqueline Pimentel-Gannon Awarded ISBA Community Service Award

Faegre Baker Daniels associate Jacqueline Pimentel-Gannon has been awarded the Indiana State Bar Association’s (ISBA) Community Service Award.

Pimentel-Gannon is an associate at the firm Faegre Baker Daniels in its Indianapolis office. She is a member of the nonprofit organizations group. She provides legal counsel to a variety of entities that are exempt from federal and state income taxes, including public charities, private foundations, colleges and universities and other educational institutions, churches, scientific and healthcare-related organizations, fraternities and sororities, and trade organizations. Pimentel-Gannon advises nonprofit clients on a broad range of matters throughout the life cycle of tax-exempt organizations – from formation and tax-exemption application, to governance and ongoing compliance issues, to annual IRS filings and mergers and dissolutions.

Pimentel-Gannon also represents financial institutions and nonprofit clients in debt and equity financing transactions and leasing transactions. She has represented developers, businesses and individuals on both buyer and seller sides of acquisition and disposition transactions. Pimentel-Gannon assists clients with property transfers and title and survey issues and concerns.
