Marc Leaf Quoted in The New York Times on Elon Musk and the SEC

New York Corporate and Securities partner Marc Leaf was quoted in The New York Times in an article titled “Elon Musk Calls S.E.C. ‘the Shortseller Enrichment Commission’ on Twitter,” which focused on Elon Musk’s tweet referring to the SEC as the “Shortseller Enrichment Commission” a week after reaching a settlement with the agency.

“Mr. Musk has excellent attorneys,” said Marc. “He should listen to them.”
