Kevin Morrow counsels clients and litigates through product and environmental liability matters. He represents clients in state and federal courts on issues such as medical device, consumer product defect and toxic tort claims.
Des Moines
Gavin Quill specializes in financial services litigation, representing broker-dealers, investment advisors, insurance companies and commercial banks in both litigation and regulatory matters throughout the United States.
Indianapolis
Tareen Zafrullah counsels and represents employers in labor and employment law matters, specializing in wage and hour issues arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and employee handbooks. In his counseling work, he has analyzed over 600 positions for exempt/non-exempt classification under the FLSA and has reviewed more than 100 employee handbooks.
London
