FaegreBD Represents JBS in $200 Million Sale of Five Rivers Cattle Feeding

Faegre Baker Daniels represented JBS® USA in the sale of its Five Rivers Cattle Feeding feedlot operations to Pinnacle Asset Management. The purchase price was approximately $200 million and the deal closed on March 16, 2018.

JBS® USA processes, prepares, packages and delivers fresh, further-processed and value-added beef, pork, lamb and poultry products for sale to customers in more than 105 countries on six continents. The company employs more than 78,000 team members and operates more than 100 facilities in the United States, Australia, Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico.
