Erica Drew Joins Faegre Baker Daniels in Indianapolis

Erica Drew has joined Faegre Baker Daniels as part of the product liability litigation group in the firm’s Indianapolis office.

Drew represents clients through all stages of product liability and mass tort litigation. She counsels a wide range of national and international product manufacturers at various stages of dispute resolution.

Drew has experience defending medical device manufacturers throughout the country, including in multidistrict litigation matters.

Before joining FaegreBD, Drew was an associate at another Indianapolis-based law firm, where she counseled clients in commercial litigation, toxic tort defense, product liability litigation and contract disputes.

Drew earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She received a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
