Philadelphia Business Journal Names Drinker Biddle Among “2018 Best Places to Work”
The Philadelphia Business Journal named Drinker Biddle’s Philadelphia office among the “2018 Best Places to Work in Greater Philadelphia.” As with most “best of” compilers, the PBJ relies on local employees’ own assessments of their businesses and organizations. Scores rise or fall based on how employees rate their employers relative to key performance criteria.
The Philadelphia office earned high marks with respect to work environment, emphasis on professional development and willingness to embrace change and new ideas. Respondents cited several of the office’s ongoing and special programs—from office luncheons to staff appreciation weeks to “Bring Your Child to Work Day”—in their assessments.
