Faegre Baker Daniels Welcomes 2 Associates to Fall Class in London

Faegre Baker Daniels is proud to welcome Hans-Christian Mehrens and Christina Mouktari to the firm as part of the 2019 Fall Associate class. 

Hans-Christian Mehrens

Mehrens assists clients in drafting and negotiating services, distribution and licensing agreements. He also counsels businesses on compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, providing insight on areas such as international data transfers, vendor processing agreements and data breach responses. 

Additionally, Mehrens counsels clients on corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and third-party due diligence.

Mehrens earned a master's degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He received a bachelor's degree from the University of Nottingham.

Christina Mouktari

Christina Mouktari supports clients with various corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance and corporate finance.

Prior to joining Faegre Baker Daniels as a trainee solicitor in 2017, Mouktari worked as an assistant editor at Thomson Reuters Practical Law, within the Finance and Restructuring & Insolvency teams.

Mouktari earned her LL.M. from University College London. She received her LPC from the BPP Law School, London, and her LL.B. from King's College London.
