Drinker Biddle Earns Top Rankings in American Lawyer’s Midlevel Associates Survey

Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP was rated third nationwide out of more than 100 law firms for midlevel associate satisfaction in The American Lawyer’s Midlevel Associates Survey for 2019, and number one in both Philadelphia and Florham Park, N.J.

The annual survey assesses several aspects of satisfaction among third-, fourth-, and fifth-year associates, including: compensation and benefits; training and development; associates' relationships with partners and each other; satisfaction with the work; firm policies regarding billable hours; and transparency around firm strategies and the path to partnership.

These follow the recent Chambers Associate rankings, where Drinker Biddle was highly rated across all categories in the latest national guide, including satisfaction, career opportunities, retention, benefits and lifestyle, pro bono, and diversity.
