Minnesota Lawyer Recognizes Rachael Stack and Ryan Woessner as ‘Up & Coming Attorneys’

Construction and real estate litigation associate Rachael Stack and corporate associate Ryan Woessner were named 2021 “Up & Coming Attorneys” by Minnesota Lawyer. The award recognizes “new attorneys off to a fast start in their legal careers and the legal professionals who work to make sure the job gets done.” All honorees are in their first decade of practice.

Stack advises clients through a variety of transactional matters within the commercial real estate and construction industries, including evaluating client risk, drafting and negotiating services and purchase agreements, construction and design agreements, and assisting clients with contractual disputes to meet their business needs.

Woessner counsels clients on corporate matters, focusing on capital markets transactions, securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, and emerging companies. He advises issuers, underwriters, placement agents, venture capital firms and investors in public and private offerings and other capital-raising transactions, as well as buyers and sellers in domestic and international M&A transactions.

This year’s award winners will be profiled in an upcoming Minnesota Lawyer magazine and honored during a live awards luncheon on September 17, 2021.
