Tracey Salmon-Smith Appointed to the ABA’s Litigation Section Task Force on Racial & Economic Justice

Business litigation partner Tracey Salmon-Smith has been appointed by the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Litigation Section as a member of the Task Force on Racial & Economic Justice.

The ABA’s litigation section provides litigators of all practice areas the resources needed to be successful advocates for their clients and stands with all who seek paths to fair access to justice and equality.

Salmon-Smith, a trusted adviser and pragmatic problem solver, assists clients with commercial and business disputes, employment litigation, securities law and internal investigations. As a former assistant United States attorney, who also spent several years as in-house counsel for a global financial services firm, she knows firsthand the pressures and challenges her clients face. Salmon-Smith is known for her composure under pressure and commitment to achieving results.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law.
