Tom Froehle, Jim Birge and Andrea Pierson Named to Inaugural ‘Indiana 250’ Influential List

Faegre Drinker co-chair Tom Froehle and Indianapolis partners Jim Birge and Andrea Pierson have been selected as honorees of IBJ Media’s inaugural “Indiana 250,” a list of the state’s most influential and impactful business and community leaders, representing public and private companies, law firms, universities, not-for-profits, government and community organizations.

The list was compiled by the executives, editors and newsroom staff at IBJ Media’s three news brands — Indianapolis Business Journal, Inside INdiana Business and Indiana Lawyer — after a months-long process that included reviewing nominations, researching Indiana organizations and interviewing community leaders across the state.

As co-chair of Faegre Drinker and a member of the firm’s board, Froehle oversees the strategic direction and implementation of priorities and strategic initiatives at Faegre Drinker. A forward thinker, Froehle strives for constant innovation and adaptation to clients’ changing needs and expectations.

Birge, a partner in the firm’s corporate group, is the trusted adviser and lead transactional attorney for many of the highest growth and market-leading companies in Indiana. With a laser focus on achieving client objectives while providing excellent service, Birge has been recognized as one of the premier corporate attorneys in the state.

Pierson is a partner in the product liability and mass torts practice group and a seasoned trial attorney who has defended product manufacturers and sellers in more than 40 different federal and state courts across the country and in Canada. For the last decade, Pierson’s primary focus has been the defense of medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers in individual cases and multidistrict litigation, protecting the future of their most valuable products.

The Indiana 250 will be celebrated at an exclusive reception featuring remarks by Governor Eric Holcomb on July 21, 2022, at Salesforce Tower in downtown Indianapolis.
