Faegre Drinker Recognized With 2022 ‘Top Performer’ and ‘Compass Award’ Designations by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity
Faegre Drinker is proud to be recognized by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) as one of only 89 member organizations to receive both the 2022 “Top Performer” and “Compass Award” designations for its strong commitment to building a more diverse organization and a more inclusive legal profession. As a founding member of LCLD, Faegre Drinker is proud to receive these recognitions.
LCLD is one of the nation’s leading organizations promoting diversity, consisting of more than 430 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners — the leadership of the profession — who have dedicated themselves to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession.
The “Top Performer” award recognizes those organizations in the top 20 percent for participation in LCLD programs and activities. The “Compass Award” recognizes members who personally attend LCLD’s annual meeting, leadership summit or submit a Leader’s Pledge, as well as participate in the organization’s Fellows and Pathfinder Programs and at least one pipeline program, such as mentoring or 1L Scholars, in a single calendar year.
Faegre Drinker holds itself accountable for progress on building a diverse workforce and relies on national benchmarking surveys, such as the LCLD’s “Top Performer” and “Compass Award,” among others. The firm has also been recognized in 2022 as a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality” in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index. In addition, Faegre Drinker is proud to be recognized by Diversity Lab as a Mansfield Certified Plus firm — one of the “trailblazing law firms” that demonstrates meaningful progress in creating diverse leadership teams and developing diverse pipelines to leadership.
