Corporate Partner Kassendra Galindo Rejoins Faegre Drinker in Minneapolis

Faegre Drinker announced today that Kassendra Galindo has rejoined the firm as a partner in the corporate practice in Minneapolis. Galindo was formerly an associate at the firm between 2011 and 2015.

Galindo advises public and private companies, strategic acquirers, private equity sponsors, and founders in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and other matters affecting corporate policy and strategy. Her clients have included companies of all sizes engaged in U.S. and cross-border transactions across a broad range of industries, including technology, life sciences, medical devices, consumer products and retail.

Galindo earned her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the University of Colorado Denver and her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School.
