Faegre Drinker Recognized for ‘Tipping the Scales’ by the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance

Faegre Drinker has received the “Tipping the Scales” recognition by the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance for having 50% or more women in its 2023 new partner class.

The Alliance collaborates with organizations to develop inclusive, flexible working cultures that cultivate diversity in leadership, drive workplace wellbeing, and foster a more humanized work experience. The Alliance’s 2023 new partner report revealed that 43.7 percent of new partners from 196 major U.S. law firms in 2023 were women, representing an increase of 3.5% from last year.

A total of 78 law firms received the “Tipping the Scales” recognition based upon publicly available announcements and other self-reported sources on new partner classes with an effective date of promotion between October 1, 2022, and September 30, 2023.

The “Tipping the Scales” honorees were recognized at the Alliance’s annual conference in Washington, D.C., on November 2, 2023.
