Jim Birge, Kathy Osborn and Andrea Pierson Named to ‘Indiana 250’ Influential List

Faegre Drinker Indianapolis partners Jim Birge, Kathy Osborn and Andrea Pierson have been selected as honorees of IBJ Media’s second annual “Indiana 250,” a list of the state’s most influential and impactful business and community leaders, representing public and private companies, law firms, universities, not-for-profits, government and community organizations.

The list was compiled by the executives, editors and newsroom staff at IBJ Media’s three news brands — Indianapolis Business Journal, Inside INdiana Business and The Indiana Lawyer — after a months-long process that included reviewing nominations, researching Indiana organizations and interviewing community leaders across the state.

Birge, making the list for a second year, is a partner in the firm’s corporate group, is the lead transactional attorney for many high-growth Indiana companies. Pierson, named to the list for a second year, is a partner in the product liability and mass torts practice group and a seasoned trial attorney who has defended product manufacturers and sellers in more than 40 different federal and state courts across the country and in Canada. For the last decade, Pierson’s primary focus has been defending life sciences manufacturers in high-stakes trials and multidistrict litigation. Recently, she has defended the NCAA.
