Faegre Drinker Selects Diego Rosado and Joie Hand for 2024 LCLD Fellows and Pathfinders Programs

Faegre Drinker is pleased to announce that Diego Rosado has been named a member of the 2024 class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows, and Joie Hand has been selected for membership in the 2024 class of LCLD Pathfinders.

The LCLD Fellows program is an intensive, yearlong professional development program that mentors the legal industry’s diverse leaders of tomorrow.

Designed for attorneys with eight to 15 years of experience, the program connects high-potential attorneys with leading general counsel, managing partners and their peers for mentoring and career guidance. LCLD launched these leadership development programs over a decade ago, and the firm has participated since its inception with a strong firm alumni network that now consists of dozens of participants.

A partner in the Florham Park office, Rosado is a business litigator who focuses his practice on assessing, managing and resolving construction and related litigations and disputes, often involving commercial and non-residential buildings and real property. He also represents institutional and other clients in complex commercial litigations and disputes spanning multiple industries, including construction and real estate, manufacturing and procurement, and commercial leasing.

The LCLD Pathfinder program is a seven-month professional program designed to train high-performing, early-career attorneys in foundational leadership and relationship-building. The program provides participants with the opportunity to learn from top legal leaders, along with experts in learning and development and executive coaching.

Hand is a business litigation associate in the Los Angeles office, where she counsels clients in a range of industries facing all stages of litigation at both the state and federal level. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, antitrust and white-collar crime defense.

The LCLD is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who have pledged themselves to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession. Learn more about the LCLD.
