Oderah Nwaeze Named as a ‘Most Influential Leader’ by The Philadelphia Tribune
Business litigation partner Oderah Nwaeze was named by The Philadelphia Tribune as one of Philadelphia’s 2024 “Most Influential African Americans,” which recognizes African American leaders in the region for outstanding commitment to community.
Nwaeze was selected as a recipient of the “Leaders” award, recognizing those who use their power for change in the community and exemplify a strong and inspirational work ethic and determination. The Philadelphia Tribune is “the nation’s oldest and greater Philadelphia’s largest newspaper serving the African American community."
Nwaeze is a first-chair trial attorney who helps clients resolve complex corporate and commercial disputes. His practice includes matters involving shareholder rights; actions arising under Delaware General Corporation Law and Delaware common law; lawsuits stemming from mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions; and breach-of-contract matters. This is Nwaeze’s fifth consecutive year being recognized by The Philadelphia Tribune.
