Cocktails, Hors d'oeuvres and Holiday Shopping - Des Moines 2014

The Women's Forum for Achievement at Faegre Baker Daniels hosted our fourth annual Cocktails, Hors d'oeuvres and Holiday Shopping event in Des Moines on November 13. More than 100 professional women gathered to network and support female entrepreneurs, artists and artisans while crossing a few items off their holiday shopping lists.

We were pleased to partner with Beacon of Life, a Des Moines-based nonprofit that offers transitional housing and supportive services to local women in crisis. Attendees generously brought clothing, accessories, toys and books to donate to Beacon of Life's resale shop, Found Treasures, which helps fund the organization's mission.
