Midwest Environmental Compliance Conference

On Oct. 29 in Chicago, FaegreBD partners Del Ehrich and Chris Dolan and counsel Olivia Lucas, will present at the Midwest Environmental Compliance Conference (MECC). An event specifically designed for regulated entities charged with the important and difficult task of environmental management.Their presentation is entitled, "Understanding Attorney Client Privilege, Confidential Business Information and the Work Product Doctrine.”

This one-of-a-kind conference will feature administrators from U.S. EPA along with top officials from every state agency in Region 5 including Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin.
