Midwest Environmental Compliance Conference

Three environmental lawyers from Faegre Baker Daniels will present at the Midwest Environmental Compliance Conference in Chicago on November 1-3.

In a "Next Generation Compliance Discussion," Del Ehrich will join David Hindin, an architect of this initiative for the U.S. EPA, in discussing the ongoing efforts of EPA to reinvent compliance using new technologies, data collection/analysis, smarter permits, advanced emissions testing and reporting, and greater transparency. Del will also provide conference opening/welcome remarks on day three.

Lynn Kornfeld and Max Kelln will present on "Managing Pharmaceutical Waste," discussing recent developments related to pharmaceutical waste management, including enforcement activity under RCRA and state implementing programs, and emerging federal and state regulatory initiatives that affect hospitals, pharmacies, clinics and all other facilities that manage pharmaceutical products and waste.
