Developments in Copyright, Trademark and Patent Law CLE

Overview

Copyright, trademark and patent law has emerged as one of the fastest growing legal practices. In this seminar, a nationally recognized panel will discuss via teleconference the latest law on copyright protection and registration, protections governing domain registrations, Internet-based use of trademarks and protecting keywords, as well as civil and criminal enforcement. In particular, the faculty will focus on developments in patent law, cutting-edge techniques in trademark litigation, effective use of patent protection, effective methods for resolving IP disputes in and out of court, and changes to prosecutions before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Course materials will serve as a treatise on these skills and techniques, as well as an exhaustive resource for future reference. For more information, visit the registration page below.
