Special Needs Planning

New York partner Russell Adler was a speaker for the American Law Institute “Current Issues in Estate Planning” event. The event offered a diverse panel discussing estate practice, trust management and private wealth planning, as well as examined the latest strategies in the industry.

Russell’s presentation, titled, “Special Needs Planning,” focused on planning for younger and older individuals with special needs. He discussed both the legal and practical solutions for decision-making authority, financing long-term care and protecting assets.
