Chicago partner Brad Andreozzi discussed “Current Trends in Consumer Class Action Litigation” at the Perrin Class Action Litigation Conference on May 31, 2017.

Attorneys from both the defense and plaintiffs’ bars examined the current state of consumer class action litigation. Topics included the Fairness in Class Action Litigation Act of 2017; ascertainability as a requirement for class certification; the impact of Bauman; and trends in judicial scrutiny of class action settlements.
