Andy Kassner and Jennifer Breuer on How to Be Intentional About Promoting Women

Andy Kassner, Drinker Biddle chairman and CEO, and Jennifer Breuer, partner and co-chair of the firm’s Women’s Leadership Committee, took part in a discussion on October 16, 2018 at the Ninth Annual Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Membership Meeting entitled “Designing Our Preferred Future: Turning Questions into Answers.” They provided thoughts on creating a work environment where all women can succeed.

The LCLD is an organization of more than 300 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners–the leadership of the profession–who have dedicated themselves to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession. This annual event is a time when its members come together to share ideas for how to further this mission.
