Oil & Gas Law Short Course

The Oil & Gas Law Short Course presents the fundamentals of oil and gas leasing, contracting, conveyancing, and regulation, primarily on privately owned land. As part of the October 23 session, Colin Harris will lead program participants in a discussion overviewing:

• Major federal environmental laws and regulations.
• The application of environmental laws and regulations to oil and gas due diligence, drilling, and operations.
• Current environmental developments and pending proposals.
