Antitrust Scrutiny of Employment Practices
Overview
San Francisco partner Paul Riehle spoke at the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s (ACC) 4th annual Summer CLE Blockbuster on June 6, 2019. The full-day CLE program was designed to keep attendees up-to-date on current and pressing legal issues.
Paul led the second session, titled “Antitrust Scrutiny of Employment Practices,” which covered key governing legal principles, private class actions following 2014 Hi-Tech consent decrees, DOJ and FTC 2016 Guidance for HR professionals, litigation following that Guidance, and steps to avoid antitrust exposure.
