Briefing on the Section 301 Tariff Litigation

Faegre Drinker’s Kathi Murphy, Doug Heffner and Randy Rucker will discuss the events that prompted more than 3,800 importers to file suit challenging the legitimacy of Section 301 duties assessed on List 3 and List 4A products. The presentation will also include options for importers who did not file a lawsuit but nonetheless wish to mitigate the economic impact of the high duties and possibly preserve refund claims in the event the litigation is successful.
