Florham Park partners Tracey Salmon-Smith and Helen Tuttle will present at the New York City Bar’s 6th Annual Employment Law Institute on March 6, 2020, in New York City. Tracey, a program co-chair, will lead a panel titled “Internal Investigations and Privilege,” joined by Hon. James C. Francis IV, Theodore O. Rogers Jr. and Elena Paraskevas-Thadani. Helen will lead a panel titled “Parental Rights at Work,” joined by Jeanne M. Christensen, Christine T. Dinan, Jyotin Hamid and Jadhira V. Rivera.
Designed for employment lawyers, the institute will examine recent trends, developments and cutting-edge issues in employment law.
