COVID-19 and Jury Perspectives – Part I

Webinar

Overview

Faegre Drinker held the first installment of the Jury Perspectives Webinar Series.

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact communities and the potential jurors within them. This 75 minute CLE program looks at the global and national events that contribute to the character of each generation, the ways in which juror responses have evolved through times of uncertainty, and how those lessons from the past might inform our understanding of jurors’ decision-making post-COVID-19. Topics include:

  • What can we learn from major events of the past?
  • What have we learned from past juror responses?
  • How will jurors see things differently?
  • How do jurors feel about COVID-19?
  • How has COVID-19 impacted opinions of governments/institutions?
