Innovative Health Strategies Executive Team Presents on “Guaranteed Realized Savings” at IDN Summit & Reverse Expo 2020

Top executives at Innovative Health Strategies™ (IHS), Faegre Drinker’s health care consulting affiliate, presented “Guaranteed Realized Savings” at the IDN Summit & Reverse Expo 2020, held August 24–26.

Chicago partner and President of IHS, Neil S. Olderman, discussed how hospitals select and structure strategic vendor partnerships for equipment, services and IT. Atlanta-based counsel and Vice President of IHS, Mark W. Phillips, highlighted the pros and cons of financial models that support strategic vendor partnerships. Brett W. Warner, Assistant Vice President of IHS, took a deep dive on the high-spend, high-impact category of Clinical Engineering and discussed how hospital clients are generating significant savings, increasing service levels, and investing in the maintenance and management of their hospitals’ medical, lab and imaging equipment.
