Tom Joensen, counsel in Des Moines, Stephanie Russo, associate in Indianapolis, and Bryan Pasciak, associate in Chicago, gave a presentation titled “Post-Pandemic Litigation: Verdicts on What Will Stay and What Will Go” for the Chicago Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel On October 7, 2021. They discussed their personal experiences of participating in jury trials during the pandemic and how the pandemic has changed litigation. Justin Kashman, senior litigation counsel at Zimmer Bioment, also spoke during the presentation.
