Chuck Knapp, Terran Chambers and Samantha Rollins presented “True or False? Test Your Anecdotal Assumptions Against an Empirical Study of Minnesota State and Federal Employment Law Cases” at the 2021 Upper Midwest Employment Law Institute.

The results are in! Faegre Drinker performed an extensive analysis of the employment cases filed in Minnesota state courts and the U.S. District Court of Minnesota from 2010 through 2020.
