2021 National Center for Employee Ownership Fall ESOP Forum

Michael Pasahow, counsel in San Francisco, participated in a discussion on corporate governance for employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) companies during the 2021 National Center for Employee Ownership Fall ESOP Forum. He discussed challenges ESOP companies have between their board and ESOP trustee. Michael also gave his thoughts on ways to leverage ESOP companies’ governance requirements into greater employee ownership engagement.
