Navigating the Post — Dobbs Employment Landscape

Faegre Drinker partners Cheryl Orr, Lynne Anderson and Summer Conley gave a presentation titled “Navigating the Post-Dobbs Employment Landscape” to the Association of Corporate Counsel San Francisco Bay Area. The group discussed what companies should consider if they are adopting travel reimbursement policies to allow employees out-of-state reproductive services; what employers should anticipate with regards to civil and criminal enforcement; and what other options companies are considering in response to the Dobbs opinion.
