Appeals Process — A Legal Perspective

John R. Przypyszny, a partner in Faegre Drinker’s Washington, D.C. office, spoke during the Association of Specialized and Professional Accreditors’ (ASPA) Fall Conference. ASPA is the primary association for accreditors of specialized and professional educational programs. John spoke on the topic of appeals of accrediting body decisions by accredited educational programs, including accrediting agency appeals processes and best practices for conducting such appeals during a panel titled “Appeals Process — A Legal Perspective.”
