The SEC Takes on Greenwashing The SEC Proposed Rulemaking on Impact and ESG

Faegre Drinker partners Elizabeth Lange and Elizabeth Diffley will be participating in a panel at the GAIL Mid-Year Global Event titled “The SEC Takes on Greenwashing — The SEC’s Proposed Rulemaking on Impact and ESG.” The panel, moderated by Elizabeth Lange, will go over the SEC’s proposals regarding public company climate risk disclosure, ESG investment strategies and amendments to the Fund Names Rule. Additionally, the panel will discuss the risk, challenges and legal considerations legal practitioners face in the evolving U.S. regulatory environment.
