Pennsylvania Business Corporation Law Updates for 2023

Douglas Raymond and Christina Lidondici will discuss important changes that have been made to the Pennsylvania Business Corporation Law, the first changes since 2015. They will provide an overview of what is new and provide details on the substantive amendments to the law.
