The Changing Landscape and Growing Scrutiny of PBMs

Kendra Roberson will join a panel session that will review federal and state reform efforts focusing on the pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) industry. Kendra will discuss Federal Trade Commission (FTC) scrutiny of vertical integration in the PBM industry; common themes across federal PBM reform proposals, including transparency, delinking, fiduciary duties and spread pricing; and select state PBM reform proposals and recent related litigation, such as state attorney general enforcement activity against PBMs.
