Transatlantic Employment Mobility and Immigration Challenges

Faegre Drinker's Scott Wright and Claire Nilson attended the British American Business Network's (BABN) annual conference in London. This conference brings together legal and business leaders from 23 BABN chapters from throughout the UK, the United States and Canada. Scott and Claire's presentation included updates and insight on business-related visa and immigration matters in the UK and the United States plus practical guidance for companies to better manage transatlantic employment mobility and the interaction with ESG considerations from an immigration perspective.
