Major Changes to Colorado Employment Law: How to Navigate the New Laws and Tackle Compliance Issues
Webinar
Overview
As a result of the 2023 legislative session, Colorado passed multiple laws that either created new rights for employees or materially amended existing employee rights. In fact, Colorado employers will be required to navigate the new revisions to and amendments of Colorado’s military leave law, the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (CEPEWA) Part 2, the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act (CADA), the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (CHFWA), and the Colorado Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) Act, amongst other new requirements. Some of these changes have already happened, some are happening as soon as August 7, 2023, while others are set to happen in 2024.
Colorado employers need not tackle these issues alone. Join our Colorado labor and employment law team for a discussion on what you need to know about what changed and how to bring your business into compliance.
