Legislative, Regulatory and Industry Developments Affecting Plan Sponsors, PBMs, 340B Drug Pricing, and More

Insurance partner Jay Warmuth and associate Evan Bonnstetter presented on legislative, regulatory and other industry updates in the prescription drug and pharmacy benefit space for the 2024 Health Law Institute hosted by Minnesota CLE. 

Warmuth and Bonnstetter provided an overview of recent trends and developments impacting pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), plan sponsors, consumers and other stakeholders in the prescription drug distribution system, including continued regulatory scrutiny of PBMs, upcoming changes to the Medicare Part D program, and 340B and other drug pricing matters.
