Government and regulatory affairs partner Cindy Irani spoke at the State of Illinois Treasurer’s Office 2024 Diversity in Investments Forum on October 2, 2024. Cindy was a panelist in a session titled, “Regulatory Developments in DEI”, where she discussed the SFFA v. Harvard/UNC U.S. Supreme Court decision and post-decision developments impacting the investment management industry.
