The Changing Landscape for DEI and Accreditation

Government and regulatory affairs partners John Przypyszny and Cindy Irani were keynote speakers at the 2024 Annual Conference of the Association of Schools Advancing Health Professionals (ASAHP) on October 9, 2024.

John and Cindy presented on “The Changing Landscape for DEI and Accreditation”, discussing the SFFA v. Harvard/UNC U.S. Supreme Court decision, post-decision developments impacting colleges and universities, resulting litigation and legislation, its impact on accreditation, and best practices for DEI programs and policies. ASAHP is a national professional organization comprised of more than 120 universities and employers focused on critical issues affecting health professions education.
