What’s New in Derivatives Documentation

At the International Swaps and Derivatives Association’s (ISDA) Annual Legal Forum in New York, Ilene Froom joined a panel, including BlackRock’s Amelia Kaufman, UBS’s Caridad Tapia and ISDA’s Mark New, discussing “What’s New in Derivatives Documentation.” ISDA is working on two key initiatives in response to recent stress events, including a review of the 1998 FX and Currency Option Definitions and an industry notices hub for the delivery of critical notices to counterparties. Ilene and the panel explored both workstreams.
